What if I need to cancel my order?

If an order is cancelled, the customer will be refunded the full sales price on condition that the cancellation is received by E-MAIL no later than 3:00pm EST of the same day of purchase. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM EST, DecorWonderland.com will credit the account the following business day.

What if I need to change the shipping address?

No problem, as long as you contact us by 3PM the day we received the order we can change that address for you at no cost. If you didn't make the 3PM deadline or the product is already shipped, the rerouting costs will be the customers expense.
